Account Creation

Account Types

• Ambassadors: Social media influencers who promote events and campaigns
• Organizers: Event organizers and brands who create promotional campaigns
• Administrators: Platform administrators with management access

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
• Ambassadors must have active social media accounts for verification
• Organizers must provide legitimate business information

Third-Party Platforms

Our platform integrates with social media platforms including Instagram. By connecting your social media accounts:

• You grant us permission to access your account as specified in our Privacy Policy
• You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service
• You authorize us to post content on your behalf for assigned campaigns
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time

Content Publishing

• All content published through our platform must comply with the respective social media platform's policies
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you publish
• PromoSQAD is not responsible for content rejection or account penalties from third-party platforms

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the platform
• You grant PromoSQAD a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services
• You warrant that you have the right to grant this license
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others' rights

Platform Content

• PromoSQAD owns all rights to the platform software, design, and proprietary content
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission

Subscription Services

• Some features may require paid subscriptions
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with notice to existing subscribers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Campaign Payments

• Payment terms for individual campaigns are agreed upon between organizers and ambassadors
• PromoSQAD may facilitate payments but is not responsible for payment disputes

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms

Service Availability
